Refund policy

At Hear Clear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. All products are carefully inspected for quality before dispatch. Please review the following information regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 14 days of the purchase date.

To cancel your order, contact us via live chat or email at contact@hearclearhearingaid.com within this 14-day window.

  • If your order has not yet shipped: It will be cancelled and refunded in full.
  • If your order has already shipped: A refund will be issued only after the product is returned, received, and inspected to confirm it is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Returns & Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or malfunctioning, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.

To start a return or replacement:

  1. Email contact@hearclearhearingaid.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your full name (as used on the order), a clear close-up video showing the issue, and a brief description.
  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending the item.

Return Address (provided only after approval):

Please do not send returns without prior authorization.

3. Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to returns requested after 30 days from the order date.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days of receiving your return.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank, refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Replacement Processing

If approved for a replacement, your replacement item will typically be dispatched within 15 days of approval. In some cases, delays may occur due to stock availability or shipping conditions.

6. Policy Limitations

  • We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable or fraudulent requests for replacements, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Once payment has been made, orders cannot be cancelled or changed after the 14-day cancellation period.
